Key operating points of tractor spring plowing technology

1. Perform maintenance before use. Before working in the farmland, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the tractor and agricultural tools. According to the instructions for use, carry out pre operation cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and sturdy work. Through maintenance and repair, put into operation in good technical condition to achieve efficient, high-quality, low consumption, and safe results.

2. Avoid jerking up the clutch when starting. Slowly release the clutch pedal and increase the throttle appropriately while driving.

3. Choose the appropriate working speed. When the tractor is working, it should not be overloaded frequently. It should be based on working effortlessly, so that the engine has a certain amount of power reserve, which is both powerful and economical, and extends the tractor's service life.

4. When transferring field operations through ridges or ditches, the power of the rotary tiller should be cut off and slowly passed through at low speed with a small throttle. If encountering high ridges or wide and deep ditches, it is necessary to excavate, fill, or bridge them in advance, and confirm their safety before passing through to prevent agricultural machinery accidents.

5. When turning in the field, drive slowly at low speed to reduce fuel consumption. Do not use a walking tractor to control the steering handle and tail wheel pedal for sharp turns at the same time. The steering angle should not be too large to avoid overturning and collision accidents.

6. When the vehicle gets stuck during field work, the mud under the wheels should be excavated, and wooden boards, grass mats, or stones should be laid before driving at a low speed.

7. The plow blade shaft of the rotary tiller is entangled with green manure or debris in the field, and should be removed after the engine is turned off.
